Tesla has officially unveiled its first Supercharging location in Johor. The stations are at Sunway Big Box, located just a stone’s throw away from Second Link.
This development is part of a greater plan to equip major interchanges of the NSHW with Tesla’s native charging infrastructure, offering their owners a seamless and high-speed charging experience.

Johor’s Supercharging station marks the second of its kind in Malaysia, following the recent opening of the Pavillion KL station. Nestled in Peninsular Malaysia’s southernmost state and well-connected to Singapore via causeways, this new addition features four Superchargers.
To celebrate this milestone, Tesla is introducing a special promotional Supercharging rate of RM0.63 per kilowatt-hour for a limited time*. Leveraging V3 Supercharging with an impressive peak efficiency of 250kW, a Model Y performance variant can gain up to 270 kilometers of charge in a mere 15 minutes.

There will also be Tesla pop-up store at Main Concourse of Sunway Big Box. You will have the opportunity to explore the Model Y on display, immersing yourself in Tesla’s state-of-the-art technology and gaining insights into the charging process through an engaging pop-up experience.
For more information, customers can contact the Tesla Malaysia hotline at 1800810655.
*Do note that the limited time Supercharging rates are valid from 5 October midnight – 8 October 11:59 pm only. Thereafter, the Supercharging Rate is at RM1.25 / kWh. And idle fee of up to RM4.00 / minute will be imposed when Supercharging station is 100% occupied.
