Results for the 1st COE Bidding Exercise of October 2023 are in! Prices are generally up over the previous month, with the exception of Category A. Refer to the table below for the detailed results

The results show a continued uptick in COE prices for the passenger car categories, with only Category A premiums decreasing as a direct result of the additional quotas added to the category. Despite this, prices did not significantly fall.
Category E showed a big increase in pricing, reaching a new high of $152,000.
