Liberty Walk continues to divide opinion. Last year, the Japanese tuner modified an F40, something deemed as sacrilege to many Ferrari fans.

Said LB F40 was also on display at this year’s Tokyo Auto Salon, though it has been transformed with an all-new wrap. But that clearly wasn’t the star of the show. Kato-san got his hands on another cult Italian classic, and proceeded to modify it with the same LB style that caused all the social media outrage last year to begin with.

The subject for this year? A Lamborghini Countach. Built between 1974 and 1990, it was, unlike the F40, never a limited production car. Still, being the Lamborghini flagship, not very many were made. The total production numbers aren’t publicly available, though enthusiasts have estimated it to be around 2,000.

The changes Liberty Walk have made are fairly drastic (expectedly!), and include wider arches and a new aero kit, which consists of a new front bumper and lip. Canards, lower side skirts, a massive rear diffuser and rear wing have also been fitted to the car. Finally, the cherry on top of this LB-Works Countach cake is the surprisingly subtle roof scoop that has been fitted to the car.

There are also changes to the interior of the vehicle. A Sparco steering wheel has been fitted to the car, and you’ll also find modern pedal faces and a pair of one-piece carbon bucket seats. The interior has also been retrimmed. However, these alterations do not appear to be part of the kit, as no mention of this has been made on their official site.

No official pricing has been released for the kit just yet. If you are interested in the specifications of the kit, you can refer to LB-Works’ website here!
