Live in the East and drive an electric vehicle? We have some good news for you – courtesy of Charge+, Singapore’s largest EV charging provider! Tampines Retail Park is now home to the biggest EV charging hub in Eastern Singapore, with a total of 38 charging points spread across four key buildings.

The new charging cluster was officially launched on July 31, 2026, by Minister of State Mr. Baey Yam Keng. The combined sites feature a good mix of AC and DC charging options to cater for a wide array of drivers’ needs.

Once fully completed, the site will feature:

  • IKEA Tampines: 20 charging points (2 DC, 18 AC)
  • Giant Hypermarket: 8 charging points (6 DC, 2 AC)
  • COURTS Tampines: 8 charging points (2 DC, 6 AC)
  • T-Space: 2 charging points (2 DC)

Most of the chargers are already operational. Conveniently located near the TPE and PIE, this charging hub serves residents across eastern Singapore whilst allowing drivers to recharge during a shopping trip, meal, or other errands.

An added bonus is that parking at Tampines Retail Park is free, meaning motorists only pay for the electricity they use – and whatever else they decide to put in their shopping baskets.

To sweeten the deal, DBS yuu Visa Card members can enjoy up to 18% cashback through the yuu Rewards ecosystem when making eligible purchases.

“By combining fast and destination charging in a key retail hub, we are enabling drivers to charge seamlessly while they shop, dine, and run errands,” said Mr. Goh Chee Kiong, CEO of Charge+.

Hey, that van looks familiar!
