HyperDrive is now Singapore’s first and only Sodi World Series (SWS) E-Sprint track! This presents local electric kart racers a pathway to earn international ranking points and crucially qualify for the SWS International E-Finals in Finland in 2027.

The inaugural championship runs across eight rounds on four race weekends: 26 July, 23 August, 27 September and 1 November 2026, with each event taking place from 8:15am to 2pm.

Entry costs S$168, covering two rounds, with each round comprising an 8-minute qualifying session and a 16/18-lap final. Unfortunately the competition is only open to those who hold a valud car or motorcycle license, and have achieved a 35.5-second lap time or faster at HyperDrive’s Novice level.

To incentivise sign-ups, HyperDrive will sponsor the €400 participation fee for the top qualifying racer representing Singapore at the 2027 SWS International E-Finals.

The selected driver will be responsible for airfare, accommodation and other travel expenses though.

Participants must register as an SWS driver, affiliate with HyperDrive, and compete in at least three SWS E-Sprint races in order to be eligible for international selection.
