As an ever increasing number of car owners are choosing to go electric in Singapore, MG | IM Motors Authorised Distributor Eurokars EV is reaffirming its commitment to support its growing lists of customers by investing in an all-new service centre.
Located at 27A Tanjong Penjuru, within the larger Eurokars Aftersales Centre compound, it seeks to future-proof its aftersales support for MG | IM Motors owners, with the investment designed to meet the needs of a growing owner community.
The new facility has been engineered to optimise both operational efficiency and the customer experience. Most notably, the center triples the previous servicing capacity, directly addressing the demand for shorter waiting times and faster turnaround.
The workshop is fully equipped to handle the specific requirements of modern EVs, featuring dedicated servicing bays and advanced diagnostic technology. To accommodate busy lifestyles, the center has also introduced a “One-Hour Quick Service” program for selected maintenance packages, alongside additional intake and delivery bays to streamline the vehicle drop-off and collection process.
Beyond technical capacity, Eurokars EV has focused on elevating the customer journey. The facility includes a comprehensive customer lounge designed to double as a productive space, featuring dedicated workstations and complimentary refreshments.
In a unique partnership with the Singapore Association of the Visually Handicapped (SAVH), the lounge also offers wellness services, including foot reflexology and shoulder massages, providing owners with a comfortable environment while they wait.
To introduce the community to the new facility, Eurokars EV will host an MG | IM Owners Open House on Saturday, 22 August 2026, from 10:00 am to 4:00 pm. The event offers owners and the public a chance to tour the workshop, receive technical insights from experts, and enjoy family-friendly activities.
For those considering a new vehicle, the event also serves as an exclusive sales opportunity. A limited number of MG and IM Motors display vehicles will be available at one-day-only event prices, with bookings accepted exclusively on-site. The day will also feature a special preview of the 2026 MG Cyberster in its striking new British Racing Green colourway!
